Melody McFarland, a biologist who found her way into the shoes of a professional pet photographer, tells us what it’s like trying to capture amazing shots of hyperactive dogs and herds of goats.
Since Melody also works for Bird Rescue of York County, she shares the essential information about what to do when you find an injured or abandoned bird. As a volunteer, she photographs all the dogs for the Humane League of Lancaster County, so we ask her what one thing Lancaster residents can do to help the animals the Humane League connects with loving homes. Her answer surprised us.
We hope you had a great Thanksgiving! This year we are especially thankful for you—our listeners and sponsors.
